We’re building up our team and have an awesome opportunity for a Marketing Executive to join our busy, fast-paced agency. Having an array of amazing clients, there is never a dull moment at The International Bunch!
You need to be able to hit the ground running, keep the team organized, be quick to learn and adopt online tools and be involved in lots of different types of projects, including crafting great content and copywriting and raising the bar with social media.
You'll also have your own projects to own and develop so you can get your creative juices flowing and help us make an impact.
Key responsibilities include:
Using project management tools (e.g. Asana) to organize and ensure all client and internal work is transparent and managed
Content creation for company and client projects; producing regular content for social media, marketing campaigns and websites using tools like Microsoft Office, Canva, Adobe and Envato Elements
Online marketing for the company and clients; driving engagement and following across different mediums, including social media, SEO and paid social
Undertaking research, copywriting, and copyediting activities with attention to detail
Delivering a full mix of engaging content across articles, blogs, collateral, press releases, editorials and digital channels
Actively recognizing media opportunities, driving company exposure and increasing press coverage
Measuring output and making recommendations where we can change to be more effective and smart
Manage the company email inboxes and take ownership of the work schedule
Provide professional and high-quality communication and support to our clients
Disseminate work to freelancers as and when required, ensuring the quality of work is of a high standard
Assisting with the creation and management of an annual marketing conference
Working closely with our Director of Content and Research and CEO
Administration duties as required
Skills and knowledge needed:
At least two years of marketing experience
Experience in digital marketing and planning
Knowledge of online and offline marketing communications
An understanding of marketing practices with commercial viability and experience in how to measure results
Excellent organizational and administration skills
High levels of accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
Creative and pro-active
Customer and relationship focus
The ability to work well unsupervised and use initiative where required
Strong IT skills – Word, PowerPoint, Gmail, Asana/Trello
Ability to use Adobe Creative Suites, including Photoshop and illustrator
(Desirable)
Scholarly communications and library experience are preferable but not essential.
Full-time position (37.5 hours a week, 08.30-17.00 five days a week), remote working.
Salary range - £23,000-26,000
